Course Description

A two‑day, overnight woodland survival course designed to build genuine, practical field skills through hands‑on experience in a real woodland environment.

Across the weekend, you’ll learn how to select and prepare a suitable campsite, construct a reliable shelter, treat water for safe drinking, and safely light and maintain a fire for warmth, insect management, and basic cooking. Every skill is taught in context, giving you the confidence to apply what you learn on your own trips.

As evening falls, we move away from camp to experience the woodland at night - developing awareness of terrain, visibility, and decision‑making after dark.
